Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Live Chat Agent with blithequark, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer support inquiries via live chat on businesses' websites and social media platforms. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling queries from existing customers and responding to potential new customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Utilizing your excellent English proficiency to communicate effectively with customers
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
