As an Entry-Level Chat Assistant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing interactions on creators' accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and sharing promotional sales links using our chat features. You'll receive comprehensive training and guidance to ensure you're equipped to handle queries effectively and provide top-notch support to our creators and their fans.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Share promotional sales links and engage with fans on creators' accounts
  • Manage communications using blithequark's chat features
  • Collaborate with creators to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates and best practices to ensure seamless support

Training and Development

* Receive comprehensive training on blithequark's chat features and best practices

  • Access to accounts to handle queries effectively and gain hands-on experience
  • Ongoing support and guidance from our experienced team

Compensation and Hours

* Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

  • Flexibility to choose from 5 to 40 hours per week to suit your schedule
  • Ability to adjust your hours as needed to balance work and personal life
