Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team at blithequark. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our store partners and customers through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

* Answering incoming calls from store partners and customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Documenting customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats, in a clear and concise manner
  • Conducting basic research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to blithequark's policies, procedures, and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
