Role Overview We’re looking for skilled video editors who can turn raw gameplay recordings into polished, engaging YouTube-ready episodes with strong pacing, clean sequences, clarity, and storytelling rhythm. You’ll work closely with a director who provides guidance, structure, and the creative vision for each project. You won’t be guessing or working blind - but you also won’t be micromanaged. As trust grows, so does your creative freedom. Your input, expertise, and instincts will shape the viewer experience and become part of our long-term editing identity. Compensation

This is a performance-based editing role, where your earnings come directly from the monetized performance of the content you work on.

• Editors receive payment from the videos and series they edit.
• The better the content performs, the more you earn.
• Compensation scales with consistency, craftsmanship, and output.
• No hourly caps. No guesswork. Clear, transparent structure.

APS reinvests revenue directly into the studio - from software to team compensation - ensuring every contributor is rewarded substantially, and fairly.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in video editing (portfolio required).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong pacing, comedic timing, and storytelling judgment.
• Be comfortable working alongside a director and following creative guidance.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
• Ability to meet deadlines reliably.
• A long-term mindset - we’ve built a team, not short-term contractors coming and going.
