Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls from customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues
  • Making outbound calls to customers to update information, collect payments, or inform them of upcoming renewals
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure informed and accurate responses

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, data entry, and basic troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to work in a high-call volume environment, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed) and a dedicated, quiet workspace
  • A newer model computer (Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS) and a USB headset for taking calls
  • Excellent reading and writing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information
  • Ability to work 30+ hours per week, minimum, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • Availability to work at least one weekend day per week, with shorter shifts from 7 AM to 12 PM

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with subscription-based services and their associated challenges
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems, email clients, and productivity tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
