Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls from customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues
- Making outbound calls to customers to update information, collect payments, or inform them of upcoming renewals
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure informed and accurate responses
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in using computer systems, data entry, and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work in a high-call volume environment, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed) and a dedicated, quiet workspace
- A newer model computer (Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS) and a USB headset for taking calls
- Excellent reading and writing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information
- Ability to work 30+ hours per week, minimum, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
- Availability to work at least one weekend day per week, with shorter shifts from 7 AM to 12 PM
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with subscription-based services and their associated challenges
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
- Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems, email clients, and productivity tools
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
