Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in connecting with individuals who have potentially qualified for compensation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling high volumes of calls, with an average of 40-50 connections per day
  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients, with a focus on meeting or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilizing phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage client interactions and track progress
  • Adhering to scripts and company policies to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge and skills
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Troubleshooting basic IT issues and resolving technical problems

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a competitive spirit and a drive to meet sales targets
  • 2+ years of experience in a call-center environment, with a background in sales-focused roles
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB)
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
  • Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused roles
