What to Expect as a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark

As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers that resolve customer issues

What We're Looking For in a Candidate

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer care
  • Residency within one of the following states: Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Computer experience and a high-speed internet connection (> 40mbps)
