Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, responding to account inquiries, and managing billing inquiries through our ticketing system. With a strong focus on communication and teamwork, you'll work closely with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Onboard new customers and respond to account inquiries with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.

  • Ensure seamless communication across various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Address billing inquiries and manage tasks efficiently through our ticketing system.
  • Exhibit exceptional care and urgency, exemplifying our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Required Skills

* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in managing billing inquiries and familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous, but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

  • Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
