Job Summary

We are seeking experienced part-time remote customer service advisors to join our team. As a customer service advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Promoting blithequark's products and services through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a call center environment, preferably in a customer service or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to commit to 3 weeks of full-time paid training
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day and holidays
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection, PC computer, web camera, 2 monitors, and hands-free headset

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Certification in customer service or sales
