Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary focus will be on onboarding new customers, addressing account questions, and facilitating interdepartmental communication. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition to our services
  • Address account questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Work through a ticketing system to prioritize and manage customer requests
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and customer acquisition
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed solutions to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience working in a Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support role
  • Experience working through a ticketing system to prioritize and manage customer requests
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Nice to Have Qualifications

* Bilingual – Spanish (fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required)

  • Experience working in a hybrid model, with a combination of on-site and remote work
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
