Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging customers across a variety of communication methods, including traditional email, Live Chat, Microsoft Teams, and more, to resolve issues and keep customers informed
  • Providing Level 1 support to customers by reviewing their problems and questions, and working toward a timely and satisfactory resolution of their concerns
  • Developing product knowledge resources (documentation), such as 'How To' guides and FAQs, to help customers get the most out of our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Analyzing customer feedback and concerns to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert support and guidance to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Experience with content creation and documentation, including writing and editing
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
