Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by providing timely, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their programs on time, as promised. You'll be responsible for connecting customers with specialists who can provide them with accurate and up-to-date information about their applications. Key Responsibilities

* Handle difficult customer situations with empathy, using phone and email to respond promptly and prioritize customer needs

• Solicit customer feedback to enhance the customer experience and identify areas for improvement
• Read and analyze facts, using testimonials and experience to supplement information and improve workflows and approaches
• Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing problems in a timely manner
• Successfully communicate with customers, listening and clarifying their needs, while maintaining confidentiality and following company policies and procedures
• Balance team and individual responsibilities, demonstrating objectivity and openness to others' views, and contributing to a positive team environment
• Treat people with respect, inspire trust, and assist in upholding organizational values and goals with integrity
• Assist in promoting diversity and inclusion
• Wear, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
• Stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long
• Work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures (personal protective equipment provided)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to efficiently prioritize work time to ensure productivity
• Experience with Windows working systems and Microsoft Outlook
• Familiarity with multiple internet browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience

• Skillability in verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in knowledge performance metrics and developing them to degree development against key performance indicators
