The Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries from customers regarding various topics, including customer promotions, eligibility requirements, and billing questions. You'll also troubleshoot issues related to self-registration, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long-distance service. Your primary goal will be to provide a positive customer experience, resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a empathetic and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding various topics, including customer promotions, eligibility requirements, and billing questions

  • Troubleshoot issues related to self-registration, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long-distance service
  • Process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner while providing a positive customer experience
  • Wear a headset and manage incoming calls simultaneously while working on a computer
  • Utilize computer software to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and share best practices
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
