Responsibilities:

As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing live chat and email communications with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries and concerns
  • Assisting customers by providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Supporting sales efforts by providing information and special offers to customers, helping to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
