Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional experiences for our valued customers. This is a full-time, completely remote role that includes paid training, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries over the phone or through email regarding order updates, status, tracking, delivery, and other related matters
  • Learning blithequark's base product knowledge to adequately assist customers in order placement
  • Providing support and direction to customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
