Job Summary

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving a culture of excellence, efficiency, and growth by analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with our Quality Control team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance our processes and drive business results. Key Responsibilities

The following are some of the key responsibilities of the Quality Control Standards Data Analyst:

  • Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Help create and present results from complex data analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities.
  • Present findings, patterns, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding.
  • Assist in developing and disseminating specific queries to extract and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
  • Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team.
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors.
  • Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
  • May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, statistics, or business administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies, including statistical analysis and data mining.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Experience with data mining and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
