The Opportunity

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience. You'll be the voice of blithequark, working closely with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide personalized solutions. Our customers trust us to help them find the perfect products for their homes, and we need passionate, empathetic, and resourceful individuals like you to make that happen.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of customer interactions (50-60 calls per shift) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level metrics
  • Expertly connect with customers to understand their concerns and provide tailored solutions
  • Listen effectively and show empathy to resolve customer issues in a first-contact goal approach
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex issues and find creative solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to leadership to enhance customer service processes

Essential Qualifications:

* 18 years old or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems or similar
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with CRM software or similar tools
  • Familiarity with home goods or furniture industry
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
