Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Data Analyst – Leisure Products Development to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions, driving business growth and innovation. You will work closely with our product development team to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance our leisure products portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth

  • Develop and maintain data models, including mark-ups and limits, to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Collaborate with the product development team to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support business decisions, including financial reporting and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Avis and Financial Planning
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and investigation as required by senior management
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain the Item Improvement reporting suite to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Experience working in the airline or hospitality industry is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R
  • Experience with database management systems, such as SQL Server
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions
