Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email, or chat to blithequark customers. Your primary duties will include: * Providing exceptional support to members, patients, and clients, addressing their insurance coverage questions, prescription refills, billing concerns, and account inquiries. * Navigating blithequark systems to locate account information, process updates, and resolve issues efficiently. * Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. * Following company policies and privacy regulations, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times. * Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex cases when needed. * Meeting or exceeding performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent (some college or healthcare-related coursework preferred). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, online forms, and data entry. * The ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced remote environment. * Previous customer service experience is preferred, with a healthcare or pharmacy background being a plus. * A quiet home office, reliable high-speed internet, and the ability to work independently.
