About the Role
As a Client Care Resolution Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from customers, stores, and associates. You'll navigate multiple systems to support responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming customer contacts via phone, chat, and email Navigate multiple systems to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, stores, and associates Utilize available resources to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Demonstrate reliability, issue-solving skills, and a commitment to making a positive impact Act with integrity and adhere to blithequark's values and policies Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher Typing speed of at least 25 WPM Proficiency in bolthires Office programs, including Outlook and Word High school diploma or GED Successful completion of mandatory training programs Previous customer support experience (preferred but not required)
