Key Responsibilities:

* Consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
* A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach.
* The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
* Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
* Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently.

Experience:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or chat support role, preferably in retail or e-commerce. Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
Working Hours:
