Key Responsibilities: As a Chat Support Executive at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Providing real-time assistance to customers via live chat in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Resolving customer queries regarding orders, payments, deliveries, product availability, returns, and technical issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information. * Documenting customer interactions in the system and following up as needed. * Consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: * Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling. * A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving approach. * The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute. * Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple chats simultaneously. * Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently. * The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage difficult or emotional customer interactions with empathy. Experience: We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or chat support role, preferably in retail or e-commerce. Experience working in a remote environment is a plus. Working Hours: As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home and choose from a variety of shifts, including full-time and part-time options. You will need to be available to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: To succeed in this role, you will need: * Knowledge of basic troubleshooting steps for common customer issues. * The ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools, and procedures. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus. * The ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
