Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Agent with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with guidance from senior agents
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating records in our database
