The Opportunity

As a Part-time Customer Service Associate, you'll be at the forefront of delivering world-class support to our customers. Role Focus

As a Part-time Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
