Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely, professional, and empathetic support via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Educate customers on Blithequark's products and services, ensuring they understand the value proposition and features

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issue resolution, customer feedback, and product usage
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and empathetic attitude towards all customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to gather information and resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert support

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer support, call center, or related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with Blithequark's products and services
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP)
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as JIRA or ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools
