Job Summary

As a Customer Support Executive at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark products, services, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Assistance: Provide prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark products, services, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
  • Feedback Handling: Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights to improve our products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system.

Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
