Job Description

As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be the digital face of our company, engaging with customers through a cutting-edge chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance on product selection, resolve queries, and ensure seamless customer experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple conversations simultaneously and utilizing AI tools to enhance your efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage 1-2 customer chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring prompt and accurate responses

  • Leverage website resources to provide detailed product information and recommendations
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with complex inquiries and improve response times
  • Navigate the company's back-office system to access order data and resolve customer issues
  • Handle email tickets using the company's ticketing system
  • Maintain exceptional written communication standards in English
  • Escalate complex queries to the in-house team when necessary
  • Adapt to seasonal fluctuations in demand, particularly during busy summer periods

Requirements:

* Excellent written English skills with a keen eye for detail

  • 2-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail
  • Proficiency in live chat platforms and ticketing systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus
  • Cultural awareness and ability to communicate effectively with UK customers
  • Flexibility to work Wednesday through Sunday
  • Comfortable with seasonal fluctuations in workload
