If so, we invite you to join blithequark as a Data Entry Administrator on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in raising invoices and administering incoming invoices at our Daresbury contact centre.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and raising invoices across our Accident Repair Network efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Conducting thorough sanction searches on suppliers to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborating closely with the finance team to implement effective credit control measures
  • Evaluating and minimizing risk by ensuring attention to detail and maintaining accurate records
  • Optimizing the invoicing system to deliver seamless customer solutions

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent MS Office skills with high data entry accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritization and time management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • A positive problem-solving attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with AudaExpress and creating sales invoices is highly desirable
