Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for following up with designated customers to answer questions regarding account information, discuss eligible service upgrades, and help troubleshoot delivery/installation issues. You will work closely with our customer service and sales departments to promote our clients' products and services, and develop new outreach initiatives to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Use a generated lead list to follow up with prospective customers and address their product, service, or account inquiries

  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers by displaying a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times
  • Participate in classroom-style learning, role-playing, and product knowledge exercises to ensure a deep understanding of our clients' products and services
  • Manage accounts and help develop new outreach initiatives once initial training is completed
  • Implement and enforce compliance policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work with customer service and sales departments to promote our clients' products and services, and follow up with a generated lead list provided by the client

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

  • At least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • At least 1-2 years of successfully working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt when new products are released or compliance policies have been updated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to properly track and manage orders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar role at a brand management and consulting firm

  • Knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
