As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our clients via calls, chats, and emails. You'll work closely with our development team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.

What You'll Do:

* Provide exceptional customer support in the blockchain sector via calls, chats, and emails

  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs and consistently deliver high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information, adhering to our strict data protection policies
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Communicate effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:

* Excellent English and Russian language skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)

  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the blockchain sector
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto, with a strong understanding of the industry
  • Analytical and research skills to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

A Great Plus:

* Strong interest in innovative financial technologies or prior experience in the financial industry or payment processing

  • Experience with CRM systems, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management
