Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Enablement Lead, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and shaping our Customer Enablement function, with a focus on strategically scaling our impact across our diverse SMB customer base
  • Developing and implementing targeted human interaction and scalable self-service resources to drive customer delight and business growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Leading onboarding sessions and tailoring experiences for different customer needs
  • Analyzing metrics to guide program development and measure effectiveness
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on customer advocacy and enablement
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through customer-centric initiatives
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and pain points, with the ability to develop targeted solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead onboarding sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to analyze metrics and guide program development
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working with SMB customers, with a focus on developing targeted solutions to meet their needs
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer-facing tools
  • Experience with program development and implementation, with a focus on driving business growth and customer delight

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $123,000-$144,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
