Job Summary

As a Polish Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Polish-speaking customers via phone and email. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and building meaningful relationships. You will also be expected to meet service quality goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Native or proficient level of Polish (C2)

  • Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
  • Local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
