Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the sales team

Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the industry or a related field - Familiarity with blithequark's products or services - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Experience with sales automation tools and software - Certification in sales or a related field (e.g. Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
