Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building genuine and durable relationships with clients, identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation
  • Identifying and flagging risks that will lead to customer churn
  • Collecting product and operational feedback from clients and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
  • Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology company
  • A strong desire to be in the technology space and a passion for building business relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A solid track record of achievement, with experience in a top-tier company or delivering quantifiable business impact
  • A strong foundation in business operations, with experience in a customer-facing role or advisory capacity

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a technology company

  • Experience working with global clients or in a multicultural environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR and payroll operations, with experience in a related field
  • Certification in a related field, such as HR or payroll
