As a High Touch Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in onboarding, training, and supporting the adoption of blithequark's products, driving improved product adoption and increased customer health.

Role Requirements

As a High Touch Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Onboarding and training customers on blithequark's products, ensuring seamless adoption and implementation
  • Developing and executing customized plans to drive customer success, including regular check-ins, product demos, and training sessions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Identifying and addressing customer pain points, providing tailored solutions to drive adoption and engagement
  • Analyzing customer data to inform product development and improve overall customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of managing varying sizes of customers and books of business in the mid-market segment
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
  • Strong product and industry expertise, with a passion for becoming a subject matter expert
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and inform product development

* Experience working with customers in the Americas, with a strong understanding of the region's market trends and challenges

  • Familiarity with blithequark's products and services, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on industry developments
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points
