Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues across various contact channels, including email, chat, and phone
  • Managing formal complaints and escalating complex issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Reviewing payment transactions and resolving related customer problems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring customer feedback to the forefront of product development and process improvement
  • Creating and updating FAQs, building and maintaining a knowledge base, and improving automations to enhance customer support

Measure the Success of Your Work

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be measured on your ability to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, resulting in high satisfaction ratings and reduced churn
  • Identify opportunities for process and product improvement, driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring customer feedback to the forefront of product development and process improvement

Help Build the Support Features in the Product

As a key member of our customer support team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our support features, including:

  • Creating and updating FAQs to provide customers with accurate and timely information
  • Building and maintaining a knowledge base to empower customers with self-service capabilities
  • Improving automations, such as quick replies and contact attribution, to enhance the customer support experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills, with the ability to interact with customers via email and potentially chat or phone in the future
  • C2/Bilingual proficiency in Hungarian, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or customer operations, with a strong background in resolving complex customer issues
  • Empathy for customer problems and a drive to solve their issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Basic SQL skills are not required but would be advantageous
  • An understanding of investment services or experience in a startup environment are pluses
