About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry Processor to join our team. As a core member of our business processing team, you'll be responsible for performing data entry tasks with high accuracy, classifying documents, and working on various tasks based on established procedures and guidelines. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements
  • Perform manual identification and sorting of different types of forms
  • Classify documents based on client's requirements
  • Work on various tasks, including data entry, verification, and other tasks, based on established procedures and guidelines
  • Comply with company policies and standards
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in data entry or a related field
  • Ability to pass a typing test with 40 wpm or higher
  • Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic PC and internet skills
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate information effectively and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
