Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will act as the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners, including proficiency in computer software packages such as HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS
  • Field daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products, logging and documenting participant conversations and issues
  • Provide real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website, resolving issues and answering questions in a patient and courteous manner
  • Update enrollments, policies, and rates as necessary, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare-related field or open enrollment environment
  • Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS
  • Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans, including the ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to participants and internal stakeholders
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
