• Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
• Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless customer support operations

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Basic English writing skills
