Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers from all over the world. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with Customers: Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, with the ability to carry and handle luggage.
- SIDA Badge: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Legally Authorized to Work: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance Requirements: Ability to meet blithequark's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
