Responsibilities

As an Experienced Remote Chat Support Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of remote chat support agents, ensuring customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitoring chat interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
  • Providing coaching and performance feedback to chat support agents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in customer service and chat support management

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
