You will utilize systems to monitor workflow, evaluate and reassign work as needed, and communicate with technicians and other departmental employees to resolve force availability imbalances. • Utilize systems to monitor workflow and load work to qualified technicians, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Evaluate and reassign work to available technicians as needed, working to monitor and regulate work volumes.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and other departmental employees to resolve force availability imbalances and ensure seamless operations.
• Read and analyze exception service orders and repair tickets to dispatch to the appropriate technician based on company criteria.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Essential Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a logistics or dispatch environment.
