Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing dispatch calls, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Manage dispatch calls, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, including client information, payments, and confidential information
  • Collaborate with technicians and clients to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in data entry and software applications (e.g., CRM, email management)
