Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues via chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and effective support to customers, troubleshooting product or service issues
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve the customer experience
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Staying up-to-date on blithequark products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and adaptable personality traits
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to innovate solutions
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
