The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Office Clerk – Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our accounting department by organizing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Filing: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our digital systems, ensuring that all records are complete and up-to-date.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring that all documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
  • Scanning and Photocopying: Scan and photocopy historical accounting documents, as well as upload them into our digital systems.
  • Assisting the Accounting Department: Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including maintaining clean records, filing paperwork, and performing other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional qualifications in office administration or a related field being a plus.
  • Proven Experience with Scanning Tools: You will need to have experience using scanning tools and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent Organizational Abilities and Attention to Detail: You will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Office Management Procedures and Basic Accounting Principles: A basic understanding of office management procedures and accounting principles is required.
  • Ability to Lift 20-30 Pounds: You will need to be able to lift 20-30 pounds, as this role may require occasional lifting of files and other materials.
