Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via telephone and/or Internet (instant message, email), handling customer inquiries, and resolving support issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet (instant message, email)
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate more complex product-related issues to appropriate departments
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and determine resolutions
  • Track and document inbound support requests
  • Update customer information accurately
  • Meet job performance standards
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Experience in customer service preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong listening skills and logical problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
