Job Summary
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their customers. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels
- Resolve routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and services in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Utilize advanced technology and tools to enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
Requirements
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (this is a seasonal position)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10+ operating system, 8GB or higher RAM, Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher processor, and high-speed internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber)
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
