Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of customer service professionals. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. With a strong focus on communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, you'll be an integral part of our efforts to deliver world-class customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems to provide timely and effective support to clients

  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide additional support

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • Must reside in California
