Responsibilities of the Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative Role ------------------------------------------------------------------- As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues.
• Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
• Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested.
• Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.

Qualifications for the Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative Role ------------------------------------------------------------------- To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6 months of customer service experience minimum.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Ability to type 25 wpm.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred.
• Logical problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work various shifts.
• Ability to use Windows operating systems.
• Organization and work prioritization skills.

Work from Home Requirements --------------------------- As a remote employee, you will need:
