Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Presenting solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
• Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
• Routinely and accurately documenting customer interactions in our company database
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Customer service or call center experience in an office setting
• Basic computer proficiency required
• A welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to think critically and solve problems independently
• Multitasking and prioritization skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Schedule and Pay

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work a Monday – Friday 1st shift from 10:00am – 7:00pm. You'll be paid up to $16.18 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
