Experienced Data Entry Operator – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity with Blithequark

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays after completing your training, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting data with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality results and meeting productivity standards
  • Handling incoming phone calls with professionalism, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  • Assisting in locating parts for ETAs and promptly responding to customer inquiries
  • Managing email correspondence effectively, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Work Schedule

Our standard hours of operation are 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday. After completing your training, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You'll also be required to work rotating Saturdays from 8 AM - 2 PM. This schedule allows you to enjoy a weekday off when you work on Saturday.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
